ABOUT YOUR BOOKING
Each package is subject to a booking fee, taken at the time of booking for administration purposes. This will be £49 and is subject to date and availability and will be deducted from the final price of your purchased package.
All appointments are for individuals and couples and families and are subject to availability.
Our cancellation/reschedule and refund policy has been created to remain fair to both parties.
Cancellation/Reschedule and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking due to illness or any other personal emergency, please provide EyeMedia Studios with a minimum 72 hours notice so that your session time can be made available to other clients.
Failure to provide adequate notice of a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your booking fees, and another booking fee payment of £49 will be required to book your new date to cover staffing costs.
Clients can reschedule their appointment ONCE up to 72 hours in advance after which if the client should choose to reschedule a further rebooking fee of £49 will be applicable.
No Shows and Lateness
If for any reason you fail to attend your booking or fail to notify EyeMedia Studios within 72 hours of your appointment, any deposit paid will be rendered non-refundable.
Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late resulting in clients not being able to complete their session in full. EyeMedia Studios cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and the deposit cannot be refunded.

EyeMedia Studios will accept refund requests made within seven days of your booking via telephone bookings or online purchases. After the seven day time frame all purchases are non-refundable.
Booking payments that are made for upcoming appointment dates that are within seven days of purchase are non-refundable.
By booking an appointment with EyeMedia Studios you are subject to these full Terms & Conditions. If your experience was purchased through a company other than EyeMedia Studios, these Terms and Conditions may vary – please see your original experience voucher for any variations.
EyeMedia Studios operates a professional service and therefore reserves the right to deny or reduce sessions if staff feel that a client’s behavior, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients.
Do not bring any under 13s with you to your appointment as we do not have child care facilities.
Your data may be used by EyeMedia Studios to advise you of products, services and special promotions and passed to its group, affiliated companies, agents, sub-contractors for research and analysis purposes. EyeMedia Studios may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text or email.
EyeMedia Studios reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
If any of these Terms and conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No delay or waiver in enforcing EyeMedia Studios’ rights under these Terms and conditions shall prevent EyeMedia Studios taking actions later.
EyeMedia Studios shall not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions beyond its reasonable control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and conditions
but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
For training and quality control purposes, telephone calls with EyeMedia Studios may be recorded.
